Roles and Responsibilities

AI Tooling & Platform Operations: 
• Configure and maintain AI tools (Copilot, Claude, GitHub, etc.)
• Manage license lifecycle & cost optimization
• Coordinate with vendors for support & issue resolution
• Maintain clean, structured environments (tenants, workspaces, access)
• Monitor usage, performance, and incidents
• Support light integrations (APIs, connectors, workflows)

Governance & Compliance:
• Validate and manage AI tool requests and onboarding
• Ensure compliance with internal policies: Access control (least privilege, RBAC), Data classification & usage rules
• Support auditability and traceability of AI usage
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base
• Enforce environment hygiene (especially sandbox vs prod) 

Adoption & Enablement
• Coordinate onboarding of teams onto AI tools
• Provide usage insights and reporting
• Support internal communities (FAQ, best practices)
• Identify improvement opportunities based on usage patterns 

Qualifications

3+ years experience in IT Ops / Platform Engineering / SaaS Admin
• Experience with: Microsoft 365 / Azure, Identity & access management, SaaS tools administration
• Basic understanding of: APIs / integrations, AI tools (Copilot, LLMs, etc.)
• Strong mindset in: Governance & compliance, Structured operations, Communication with business users

Nice to Have
• Experience with GitHub / DevOps environments
• Exposure to AI tools or prompt engineering
• Experience in global / enterprise environments
