Senior SAP SD Consultant - Automotive

We offer comprehensive support and maintenance solutions to help our clients maximize the value of their SAP investments and ensure the continuous operation of their business-critical systems. Therefore we are seeking a talented Senior SAP SD Consultant to join our team in Hungary, Debrecen. As a Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our international SAP project, and also helping junior professionals to develop the right skills to thrive.  You will collaborate closely with our Belgian team.

Your role at delaware

  1. Integration Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement API integrations between SAP modules (SD/MM, FI/CO, and LogEx) and external systems to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation.

  2. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

  3. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to integration solutions, including design specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures, to ensure clarity and transparency for stakeholders.

  4. Testing Support: Collaborate with testing teams to support integration testing efforts, including test case development, test execution, and issue resolution, to validate the functionality and reliability of integration solutions.

  5. End-to-End Knowledge: Possess comprehensive knowledge of both inbound and outbound flows, ensuring a holistic understanding of the integration landscape and facilitating effective solution design and implementation.

Experience & Skills

  1. R&A: Requirements and Analysis, the ability to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
  2. API Integration Knowledge: The ability to integrate different software systems and applications using APIs (Application Programming Interfaces).
  3. SD General Knowledge: The ability to understand and work with Sales and Distribution modules in SAP ERP, including order management, pricing, shipping, and billing.
  4. CCM (Nice to Have): Customer Communication Management, the ability to design and manage customer communications, including documents, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
  5. Limited Understanding of IDOC's and API's: The ability to work with IDOC's (Intermediate Documents) and APIs at a basic level, including understanding their structure and function.
  6. Experience with Specs: The ability to work with specifications, including creating and documenting functional and technical requirements, and developing test cases and scenarios.
  7. You have relevant experience within SD as a consultant or internal employee, which means you can be fully operational immediately. Or perhaps you’ve been a key user of SAP and are now keen to move into configuration. If so, we’d also love to hear from you.
