Digital Marketeer


Join the performance marketing team at delaware. We are a dynamic, fast-growing, and innovative team known for driving exceptional results for our clients and are looking for a data-driven marketeer who can act as a trusted advisor to our clients.  You’ll bring added value to the table by optimizing and detecting opportunities and pain points in the digital marketing campaigns we run with an analytical mindset and a generous dose of creativity. You know the latest digital marketing techniques, including GA4, SEO (search engine optimization), digital advertising, CRO (conversion rate optimization), … and want to continuously learn more about this. 

Your role at delaware

•    Develop and implement result-driven marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
•    Setup, configure, and report on data, together with our advertising specialists and data scientists. 
•    Collaborate with internal teams to optimize website performance, user experience, and customer journey for SEO purposes. 
•    Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition 
•    Work with developers to ensure proper tracking and implementation of website analytics and SEO.

Experience & Skills

•    You are an expert in digital marketing data 
•    You make recommendations, based on data analysis: you know how to optimize conversion ratios, but you go beyond digital channels and can assist in measuring, analyzing, and optimizing the entire funnel, all to way to a purchase.  
•    You have an in-depth knowledge of Tag Manager, GA4, dashboarding tools (Looker Studio, others are a plus), CRO... 
•    You have experience with acquisition techniques such as SEO, and advertising... and enjoy tweaking them based,on data insights to increase ROI and conversion rates. 
•    You like to crunch on numbers using Excel or custom dashboard tools. 
•    Preferably, have some experience with SQL, Python, and scripting languages.

  •  Have at least 3 years of hands-on Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO experience 
  •  Are a good communicator, pro-active, and results-driven 
  •  Have solid English skills
