Senior SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM professional to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our maintenance processes across S/4HANA and integrated SAP modules. The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise, hands‑on project experience, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality solutions. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless integrations, successful system conversions, and continuous process improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • This role requires expertise in design, implementation, optimization of SAP EAM (PM) with strong expertise in either PP, QM or CS.  
  • Good understanding of all EAM master data like functional locations, Equipment, Construction type, General maintenance task list, Strategies etc.
  • Good understanding of all EAM processes like preventive, breakdown, predictive, calibration, refurbishment, work permit etc.
  • Also lead functional conversion for SAP PP or SAP QM or SAP CS.
  • Integration SAP EAM with other modules like FI, CO, MM, PP, QM, CS etc.
  • Lead the functional SAP EAM conversion from ECC to S4 HANA (Private cloud / On Prem) and also transition from traditional GUI transactions to FIORI. 
  • SAP System integration with other SAP, Non- SAP system with middleware like SAP PI-PO, Tibco, BTP etc.
  • Experience in migration tools like LSWM, LTMC, Migration cockpit etc.
  • Good understanding of APIs, OData services. 
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. 
  • Lead and support UT, SIT, UAT and cutover activities. 
  • Document support activities, including issue resolution and system changes. 
  • Work closely with the IT team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP FSM and PM with other business systems.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 8 year of SAP Experience with 3+ years of experience in SAP EAM.
  • High Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a cross- cultural environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Stakeholder Management: maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders. 
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. 
  • Knowledgeable in ITSM tool (ServiceNow or similar) for ticket management. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • SAP certification in SAP EAM 
  • Understanding of cloud-based solutions, integrations and upcoming transformation.
