We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Consultant with Group Reporting focus to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional and strategic expertise in the SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. This role involves leading implementations, enhancements, and support activities, ensuring that financial processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions aligned with business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs
  • Configure core FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, COPA) components
  • Ensure integration with key SAP modules (MM, SD, HR) and support testing (SIT/UAT) and documentation
  • Provide expert support, user training, and continuous improvement through best practices and system optimization

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field
  • 5+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations
  • Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes, including reporting, cost accounting, and month-end closing
  • Experience with FICO integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, PP)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills; SAP FICO certification and English fluency are a plus
