We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The consultant will work closely with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions, ensuring alignment with HR best practices and organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Participate in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and rollout projects.
  • Analyze HR business requirements and provide functional solutions using SuccessFactors modules.
  • Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession.
  • Support data migration, integrations, and system testing (unit, integration, and UAT).
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with SAP S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party applications.
  • Provide functional support during go-live and post-go-live phases (L2/L3).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong functional expertise in one or more SuccessFactors modules.
  • Experience with end-to-end implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of HR processes (Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning).
  • Experience with integrations (SAP CPI / APIs is a plus).
