This position focuses on optimizing accounts payable processes, ensuring compliance, and integrating VIM with SAP Finance modules to deliver efficient and accurate invoice management. The role requires strong functional expertise in SAP Finance and VIM, combined with experience in cloud environments and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement SAP VIM functionalities in S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Ensure seamless integration of VIM with SAP Finance processes, including Accounts Payable and Procurement.
  • Analyze business requirements and design solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to manage workflows, approvals, and automation for invoice processing.
  • Conduct functional testing, UAT, and support go-live activities.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated on SAP VIM and Public Cloud innovations and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years in SAP Finance consulting, with at least 3 years in VIM implementations.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects.
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in SAP VIM configuration and workflow management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
  • SAP certification in VIM or S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
