SAP Field Service Management with S/4H Service Consultant

Key responsabilities

  • Provide project implementation support, mixed with first and second-level support for SAP FSM, S/4H service (CS) applications and Proaxia FSM Cloud connector including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with key-users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP FSM, PM and Proaxia Connector to meet business requirements.
  • Document activities, including issue resolution and system changes.
  • Work closely with the IT team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP FSM and S/4H Service with other business systems.

Qualification

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, with a focus on SAP Field Service Management integrated with CS/PM and/or S/4HANA Service, either at the end of a project or after handover from a project team (not only handling incidents but also providing advice on queries from customers)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in proaxia FSM Cloud Connector
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stakeholder Management: maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Knowledgeable in iTSM tool (ServiceNow or similar) for ticket management.
