
SAP Field Service Management with S/4H Service Consultant
Key responsabilities
- Provide project implementation support, mixed with first and second-level support for SAP FSM, S/4H service (CS) applications and Proaxia FSM Cloud connector including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with key-users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP FSM, PM and Proaxia Connector to meet business requirements.
- Document activities, including issue resolution and system changes.
- Work closely with the IT team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP FSM and S/4H Service with other business systems.
