We are looking for an all-round administrative colleague following the scheduling (project planning) of our consultants on their project, helping to find the right person on the right project at the right time. Next to planning and persuasiveness, we are looking for excellent communication skills. Could that be you? The delaware Support team is a close-knit community of 100 colleagues that provides locally-based support in an international context, from our home base in Kortrijk and from our other offices as Ghent. Within this tight community, the Scheduling team offer their administrative experience to delaware colleagues and act as a sparring partner of the business. We play an integral role in supporting our operations and people, and contribute to the successful completion of delaware consultancy projects.

Your role at delaware

As a part of our Support team, you will be working together with your 3 colleagues mainly in Kortrijk or in Ghent. As a Scheduler, you will be the go-to person for all resource planning requests :

  •  You will align closely with the resources manager and business leads on resource planning
  •  Take care of the administrative tasks in our scheduling tool (Ionbiz);
  •  Help our end-users in using the tool as you look for the solution to their problems;
  • Check the quality of the scheduling with a critical eye and take action where necessary;
  • Analyze the scheduling reporting and report the risks to those responsible - secure the Scheduling KPI's.
  • To do so, the Business Team Leads will be your main stakeholders; You will work full-time from one of our main office there, while also enjoying all the benefits of working in an international consultancy firm (e.g. flexible hours, working from home, challenging assignments and room to grow in your function).

•    Do you have a bachelor’s degree, or do you have the following necessary skills?

•    Do you combine strong analytical skills with a creative, flexible and problem-solving mindset?

•    You are very organized in your work, having Excel knowledge is a plus.

•    Are you communicative, sociable and a tad assertive by speaking up your mind? You’ll fit right in because you dare to pick up the phone to get things done quickly.

•    You can express yourself well in English and Dutch? Great! This is important to communicate with your colleagues across the country and even across the border.
