Join our team and work onsite at our partner's plant in Veresegyház, where you'll become the go-to person for SAP-related questions and support. As the first line of assistance for end users, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while developing valuable hands-on experience.

This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine interest in IT and business processes. You will primarily work with the SAP MM (Materials Management) and PP (Production Planning) modules, gaining practical knowledge that can open the door to a wide range of SAP consulting career opportunities within our company.

You will work in one of two fixed 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, alternating between morning and afternoon shifts on a weekly basis.

Shift times:

  • Morning shift: 06:00–14:00
  • Afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for SAP support requests and incidents
  • Prioritize, troubleshoot, and route tickets to the appropriate support teams
  • Monitor SLAs and escalate critical or major incidents when needed
  • Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain documentation, support reporting, and handle simple L1.5 requests

Qualifications

  • SAP experience is an advantage, but not a requirement – we'll teach you the technical details
  • Interest in IT, technology, and business processes
  • Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Good English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Recent graduates, junior professionals, and candidates with a few months or years of experience are all encouraged to apply
  • Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
