We are looking for a CRM, CMS & Digital Marketing Platforms IT owner.

If you are a Senior IT domain owner with strong CRM & CMS expertise and a digital marketing background, responsible for the global Sales & Marketing application landscape. With deep understanding of modern website platforms, marketing automation, and Sales/Marketing processes then we are looking for you!

Knowledge of our stack is a nice to have: HubSpot, Optimizely, Kentico

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with Sales & Marketing stakeholders across all delaware entities.
  • Act as budget owner for the domain, including license usage and total cost control.
  • Own and evolve the Sales & Marketing application landscape (CRM, CMS, websites, marketing automation)
  • Translate Sales & Marketing needs into a clear IT roadmap and concrete improvements
  • Act as IT owner for daily operations, changes and improvements
  • Align stakeholders, vendors and IT teams on priorities and solutions
  • Ensure applications are well‑integrated, secure and scalable
  • Monitor trends in CRM, CMS and digital marketing (SEO/GEO/AEO)

Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • Strong hands‑on knowledge of CRM and CMS platforms
  • Experience with modern website and marketing platforms
  • Background or strong affinity with Digital Marketing
  • Understanding of Sales & Marketing processes and data
  • Ability to own systems end‑to‑end in an enterprise environment

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with HubSpot, Optimizely, Kentico
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Understanding of SEO; GEO/AEO is a strong plus
  • Background in Marketing & IT Sales
  • Proven interest in keeping up with domain evolutions
