In this role, you will bring deep expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO), with proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments. You will lead end-to-end finance solution design, drive digital finance transformation, and ensure financial processes remain efficient, compliant, and aligned with business goals. This role requires strong business acumen, hands-on configuration expertise, and the ability to guide stakeholders at all levels.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions in S/4HANA Public Cloud

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust SAP finance solutions

  • Configure and support key FI processes: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting

  • Configure and support CO components: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, COPA

  • Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, HR, PS) and external systems

  • Drive fit-to-standard workshops, solution mapping, and process documentation

  • Conduct functional testing and support UAT cycles

  • Train key users and promote SAP best practices and standardization

  • Provide expert-level support for finance-related incidents, enhancements, and optimization initiatives

  • Stay current with SAP Public Cloud innovations and recommend improvements to enhance financial reporting and business performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field

  • 7+ years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience, including minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations

  • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud preferred

  • Solid understanding of finance and controlling business processes

  • Experience integrating FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR)

  • Expertise in financial reporting, cost accounting, and period-end closing

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think both strategically and operationally

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and lead finance workstreams

  • SAP FICO / S/4HANA certification is a plus

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
