Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day AMS support tasks including user access provisioning, role maintenance, troubleshooting access issues, and responding to SAP security-related incidents and service requests. 
  • Analyze and resolve authorization errors in various SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, BW, GRC, Cloud etc.). 
  • Handle requests related to role modifications, creation, or deletion based on business needs and project requirements. 
  • Work with Functional and Technical teams to design and validate role changes, and ensure alignment with segregation of duties (SoD) and compliance standards. 
  • Support GRC processes (Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management) if applicable. 
  • Participate in regular client meetings and maintain clear communication with the customer on ticket status and resolution progress. 
  • Follow and maintain proper documentation of AMS processes and knowledge base. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement or automation within the S&A support scope. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • High Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Stakeholder Management: maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders. 
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. 
  • Knowledgeable in ITSM tool (ServiceNow or similar) for ticket management.
