M365 Senior Consultant

The team at delaware is looking for a Senior Consultant with expertise in utilizing M365 to drive digital transformation initiatives and improve collaboration, productivity, and efficiency within client organizations.

What will you be doing?


As a Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to continuously enhance your skills by staying updated with the latest technologies and trends.  

  • Properly configure the migration software and/or scripts, in line with the migration mapping. 

  • Execute and follow-up the migration execution as planned. 

  • Clear and timely reporting on the execution of the migrations. 

  • Problem and issue mitigation related to the migration execution. 

  • Put forward proposals for improvement & closely liaise with Design and Plan. 

  • Experience in handling task for Migration SharePoint 2016 and File share content in line with the configuration as described and planned for all types of migrations. 

  • Execute Warehouse migration, Welcome Pack migration and Delta migrations.  

  • Closely monitor the migration and report on the results thereof, & Mitigate issues related to the migration.  


Is there a match?

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. 

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in project management or coordination roles, preferably within SAP projects 

  • Flexibility, eye for detail and punctual execution skills; problem solving skills.  

  • In-depth Knowledge in SharePoint and M365 Knowledge (SharePoint Online and MS Teams). 

  • In depth knowledge of Sharegate migration software, Sharegate PowerShell and MS PowerShell execution and scripting. 

  • In-depth knowledge of the WoW, the migration templates, and the process to execute. 

  • Knowledge of/and scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell). 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal & reporting skills. 

  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. 

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
