GDC Finance EAM PM Job Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM professional to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our maintenance processes across S/4HANA and integrated SAP modules. The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise, hands‑on project experience, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality solutions. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless integrations, successful system conversions, and continuous process improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • As an SAP EAM Consultant, you will lead and participate in requirements gathering from clients, recommending and designing solutions, configuring settings, and conducting testing. As a member of our global functional team, you will play a crucial role in solutioning, conducting assessments, participating in design workshops, reviewing, and documenting specifications, and development and delivery of across multiple platforms. As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to continuously enhance your skills by staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends. This commitment to ongoing learning ensures that you can provide the most innovative and effective solutions to our clients. Provide support for SAP S/4HANA EAM service-related processes including service orders, service notifications, and customer-related asset work. Assist in managing service execution tied to utility operations, field services, and customer-facing asset activities. Support integration of EAM services with Customer Service (CS), Service Management, and Finance modules. Troubleshoot issues related to service billing, confirmations, and settlement. Work with business users to improve service execution efficiency and service-level compliance. Support testing, enhancements, and change requests related to EAM service functionality. Experience in providing support including troubleshooting issues, resolving user problems, and performing system enhancements. Experience in analysing and understanding the existing processes and identify areas for improvement. Participate in End user training, System testing and Quality assurance activities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP EAMSAP S/4HANA EAM experience
  • Service Orders, Service Notifications, Maintenance Processes, Technical Objects.SAP Service Management / CS knowledge
  • Customer service processes, field service operations, service confirmations.Integration skills
  • Understanding of EAM integration with FI/CO, MM, Customer Service, billing, and settlement.Production Support & AMS
  • Incident troubleshooting, issue resolution, change requests, enhancements, and user support.Testing & Process Improvement
  • UAT, system testing, defect management, process analysis, and continuous improvement.Consulting & Collaboration
  •  Business user interaction, requirement gathering, end-user training, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork.Flexible to work in Implementation and AMS projectsWillingness to cross-train, upskill, and collaborate with team members
