The SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) Senior Consultant is responsible for implementing and supporting SAP DRC solutions to ensure compliance with global e-invoicing and statutory reporting requirements. This role involves configuring DRC frameworks, integrating with SAP S/4HANA systems, and managing legal mandates across multiple jurisdictions. The consultant acts as a subject matter expert, guiding organizations through regulatory changes and ensuring seamless compliance processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement SAP DRC for e-invoicing and statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with local tax and legal requirementsIntegrate DRC with SAP S/4HANA and external systems, including government portals
  • Monitor regulatory changes and continuously update configurations to maintain compliance
  • Perform functional testing, UAT, and support go-live activities to ensure smooth delivery
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting e-invoicing and reporting issues
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business users, delivering training and driving process improvements and automation opportunities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of SAP consulting experience, including at least 3 years with SAP DRC in implementation and support
  • Proven track record in e-invoicing and statutory reporting compliance, with strong knowledge of SAP DRC configuration
  • Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA, integration frameworks, and global tax/legal reporting requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; SAP DRC or Financial Compliance certification is a plus
