Your role at delaware

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Administrator who is ready for the daily challenges of a mid-size company. You will be an important part of delaware Hungary’s support team by closely working together with our management, accountant and finance consultants. If you are task oriented, have attention to the details and you like coordinating and make sure everything runs smoothly you'll enjoy your daily life at delaware.

Responsibilities

  • Managing project cost and schedule
  • Monitor each phase to ensure the project remains within financial guidelines
  • Generate accounting reports at the end of the project
  • Invoicing and other administrative tasks

Experiences

  • 1 year experience in related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a finance administration role or working with SAP is a plus
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be a self-starter and driven
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Speak fluently in English and Hungarian
