Fribourg, Switzerland, June 2026
Today, delaware announced the next step in its end-to-end agentic AI delivery strategy through a strategic partnership with Silicon Valley start-up Luzid. The partnership reinforces delaware’s broader agentic AI toolkit and is embedded in its structured delivery approach for customers across enterprise ecosystems, including SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, and OpenText. It builds on more than 20 years of delaware’s enterprise delivery experience, combining proven know-how with agentic AI capabilities across the full customer delivery lifecycle.
The approach by delaware is grounded in honest experimentation and real delivery experience rather than AI hype. Over the past two to three years, delaware has built, tested, and operationalised a portfolio of agentic capabilities through live customer programmes, combining in-house AI agents, governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and selected partner technologies into a structured end-to-end approach focused on measurable outcomes. Luzid joins this portfolio as a key component within delaware’s broader agentic toolkit, complementing the company’s own AI-driven delivery assets across multiple ecosystems.
For customers, the focus is on standardisation, stronger quality governance, accelerated delivery, deeper customer involvement, and more predictable outcomes across global transformation programmes. delaware positions agentic delivery as a phased evolution rather than an overnight “new normal”. The company compares the model to autonomous vehicles operating with a safety driver: the technology is real and highly capable, but human oversight, governance, and delivery expertise remain essential while teams, controls, and operating models continue to mature.
As part of this strategy, delaware will integrate agentic capabilities, including Luzid, across the full customer delivery lifecycle. The first delaware-branded end-to-end process, Promar.ai, powered by Luzid, is being prepared ahead of enablement sessions starting in June 2026, and will showcase how structured agentic delivery can support customers from process design through implementation and operations across enterprise ecosystems.
“Customers aren’t looking for AI hype, and they’re not looking to be sold a standalone tool. They’re looking for predictable outcomes, accountability, and confidence in delivery,” said Ian Greenhalgh, Managing Partner, delaware International. “What’s different about our approach is that we own the full delivery model. We have more than 20 years of enterprise delivery behind us, we’ve experimented honestly with AI on real customer projects, and we’re working with partners like Luzid because they reinforce and scale what we’re already doing for customers across ecosystems, not because they replace it. We’re not following the hype of the day; we’re building something sustainable for the long term.”
