As a Recruitment Sourcer at delaware Hungary, you'll be the ultimate talent detective, searching high and low for the best candidates around. Working closely with our awesome recruitment team, hiring managers, and other cool folks, you'll use your super-sleuthing skills to source, engage, and evaluate potential candidates. • Partnering up with our rockstar recruiters and hiring managers to define what we're looking for in our future colleagues
• Getting creative and showing off your sourcing skills by using various channels like LinkedIn, job boards, and maybe even telepathy to find the best talent
• Being the friendly face that welcomes candidates and conducts initial screenings like a pro
• Keeping that talent pipeline flowing by building and nurturing relationships with superstars who may not even know they're superstars yet
• Staying in the know by following the latest trends and sourcing hacks to find those hidden gems
• Sharing your awesome updates and reports with the recruitment team, because we love celebrating wins together!
• Showing off your team spirit by supporting recruitment initiatives and being part of the master plan to take over the world (or at least the talent market)

• You've got a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any other related field
• You are motivated to learn all the secrets of sourcing, from using LinkedIn like a boss to uncovering hidden talent
• Your communication skills are off the charts, and you're a natural when it comes to building relationships with candidates
