I first try to solve the problems myself, but if I can’t find a solution, I start collecting the necessary information. After noting the requirements, my role then switches to being the bridge between the customer and my more specialized, second-line support colleagues at delaware. Like Sümeyye, you could be a first-line coordinator, or you could go for a more specialist role in second-line support.
