I first try to solve the problems myself, but if I can’t find a solution, I start collecting the necessary information. After noting the requirements, my role then switches to being the bridge between the customer and my more specialized, second-line support colleagues at delaware. Like Sümeyye, you could be a first-line coordinator, or you could go for a more specialist role in second-line support. Either way, our customers will need your in-depth knowledge of specific SAP modules to help implement new functionalities — or to keep their existing SAP landscapes in excellent shape.

What team will you be part of?

Our SAP Run & Accelerate team offers our customers long-term service contracts to ensure their organization can respond to today’s continually changing business requirements. We provide application managed services over the long term (think of. incidents and service requests) and accelerating services (such as innovation and automation). In other words, we help our customers with the implementation of new, value-added functionalities and the maintenance of their SAP landscape by providing a team of experts, ready to step in whenever they’re called upon! To provide a 24/7 service to our customers, we collaborate closely with our international delaware colleagues.

We work where we work best, when we work best. delaware Hungary has an office in Budapest and we will be launching our second office in Debrecen this year! We offer flexible hours, and we’ll find the perfect balance together.
