As an Industry Lead, you will engage customers regarding their business transformation, leads assessments and piloting projects for the food industry. Through by leveraging talent and coordinating the efforts of team members, you will visualise a plan on how and where benefits can be gained in the customer processes and what expected outcomes can be.

You will be responsible for shaping and defining the vision & conveying this to customers, exciting them with the envisioned outcomes while managing expectations and emphasising digitisation is a journey, not a single goal post.

  • Highly developed analytical and conceptual skills in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.
  • Having true operational business experience is essential, as is experience with automation of business processes through a variety of means.
  • Be flexible and focused on the client’s best interest while assuring to recommend a scalable & sustainable change that companies can continue to build on .
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills and means to explain business concepts and technical information to clients, vendors, senior management and staff are must-haves to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Understand your client’s missions, business needs and challenges as well as the business processes that support them
  • The Lead is mainly responsible for creating the vision together with the customer, understanding their requirements, needs and expectations and based on that recommend an approach or roadmap
  • Moderate the solution creation process, coordinate agile development of the solution and liaise between solution team and Solution Facilitator
  • Define and evolve system concepts and technically feasible software solutions that answer the client’s analysis challenges.
  • Research, understand, and document client challenges in order to develop the best solution concept
  • Partner with the Solution Facilitator to conduct client Assessments. You also will work with Solutioneers to select the right software tools, technologies and approaches to address analysis requirements.
  • Manage the solution team to design, develop and implement solutions
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for creating budgets, time boxes, resource allocation, and approach and to document, track and plan the solution’s development.

As a Solution Lead Journeyman, you are able to

  • Engage customers in a meaningful way, bridging business process & technology & making technology insightful to customers
  • Have deep business process discussions, making intelligent and applicable referral to industry best practices and standards and linking these to technology solutions
  • Conduct independent client engagements as requested


As a Senior Solution Lead, you are able to

  • Define, architect, evolve and independently execute or assign tasks
  • Execute sophisticated and complex self-determined tasks
  • Engage with clients on own or with others
  • Mentor, train and/or supervise others

 

As a Solutioneer…

 You work closely with clients and other stakeholders to perform assessments, harness, develop and/or integrate solution components into operational pilots and solutions satisfying these users’ critical decision analytic needs.

You have highly developed analytical and conceptual skills in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems. You have built a strong foundation in software development languages and processes. Your effective verbal and written communication skills and means to explain technical information to clients, vendors, senior management and staff are essential. You are proficient in technical building blocks from which solutions will be crafted and integrated into client operations. You have a proven ability to work with rapidly changing requirements and short deadlines.


Responsibilities:

  • Envision, define and shape innovative concepts and system solutions as part of a team or individually
  • Harness, develop and/or integrate solution components into operational pilots and solutions that meet your client’s critical decision analytic needs using various functional and technical building blocks from the SAP space.
  • Understand the client’s missions, business needs and requirements and the business processes that support them
  • Exercise quality assurance, configuration management, reliability and maintainability of control design and production and perform testing of complete solutions and produce technical documentation
  • Contribute to the development of the Solution Concept by working with the Solution Lead and other Solutioneers to design, develop and implement solutions.
  • Work in teams to document, track and manage assigned portion of solution
  • Identify, assess, evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, capabilities and methodologies to support or enhance the solution and/or future client needs
  • Identify data access and integration requirements and create capabilities to appropriately access, integrate and prepare available data for analysis
