Human Resource Manager

Your function

  • In charge of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  •  Develops and monitors all HR strategies, systems and policies
  • Oversees all human resources functions and the staff’s productivity and results
  • In recruitment, you are responsible for meeting hiring targets, ensures selection process is done within the policies and provides recommendations when there are challenges
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  •  Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Assesses soft skills training needs and builds sustainable programs to improve employee capabilities
  • Ensures legal compliance throughout human resources management

Your profile

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role for at least 8 years
  • You must be people oriented and results driven
  • You have demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Have experience and knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Must have the ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • You are an excellent active listener, have shown and proven negotiation and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Must have In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
