Your function
- In charge of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Develops and monitors all HR strategies, systems and policies
- Oversees all human resources functions and the staff’s productivity and results
- In recruitment, you are responsible for meeting hiring targets, ensures selection process is done within the policies and provides recommendations when there are challenges
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Assesses soft skills training needs and builds sustainable programs to improve employee capabilities
- Ensures legal compliance throughout human resources management
Your profile
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role for at least 8 years
- You must be people oriented and results driven
- You have demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Have experience and knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Must have the ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- You are an excellent active listener, have shown and proven negotiation and presentation skills
- Demonstrable competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Must have In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

A day in the life of a consultant
What the heck does a consultant actually do? Every once in a while, all consultants get this question, and Delaware’s are no exception.
