SAP PP/QM AMS Consultant

We are looking for SAP Professionals who have good knowledge of Application Management Services (AMS) processes and tools. You will be supporting international customers from Malaysia. 

what you have to do

  • Providing application support under the SAP platform, troubleshoot and resolve issues & requests within targeted SLA
  • Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectation
  • Manages incidents, service request, problem and change requests reported by user and follow-up promptly for closure.
  • Working closely with different teams to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely

the one we are looking for

  • Malaysian Citizens or having a valid Residence Pass (RP)
  • Professionals from the end user environment
  • Professionals looking at moving from Projects to a Support environment
  • Plan to Manufacture (PTM) / PP/QM
  • S4 experience
  • Integration Experience with other modules
  • Knowledge in using support tools e.g. Omnitracker, SAP Incident Manager, JIRA, ZenDesk
  • Knowledge in ITIL is preferred
  • Techno-Functional is an added advantage

  • Work from home most of the time as our customers are located all around the world
  • Able to work on Shifts (Allowance will be applicable)


qualification

  • Degree holder / equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • SAP certification will be an added advantage
  • Strong in business processes & technical skills (configuration)
  • Good knowledge on integration with other modules
  • Excellent spoken and written in English language
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good documentation skills using MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills
