Lead Expert - SAP IBP

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP IBP - PPQM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), specifically in the Production Planning and Quality Management (PPQM) area. You will play a key role in implementing and optimizing SAP IBP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enhancing supply chain efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IBP PPQM solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

Provide expert guidance on best practices for demand planning, supply planning, and production planning.

Support end-to-end process integration between SAP IBP PPQM and other SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, APO).

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide documentation to ensure smooth adoption of SAP IBP solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP IBP PPQM functionalities.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes.

Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP IBP consulting, with strong expertise in PPQM.

Deep understanding of supply chain processes including production, demand, and inventory management.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and APO integration is highly desirable.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

SAP IBP certification is a plus.
