Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide functional and technical support for assigned SAP modules.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Participate in SAP upgrades, testing, and documentation.
- Train end-users and create support materials as needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SAP consulting or support.
- Strong knowledge of one or more SAP modules (e.g., IBP, PPQM, MM, SD, FICO).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- SAP certification is a plus.
