Paul, Pieter, Juan, and Jan have all been working at delaware for years. Their proven track record in growing the company and contributing to its success is only one of the reasons why they were invited to join the delaware partnership. In the years to come, all four partners will strengthen existing relationships with customers and business partners alike, as well as explore the opportunities that lie ahead.

Paul Belsack, who joined delaware in 2014, focuses his efforts on the Employee Experience domain. He will continue to guide customers through their workforce transformation journeys and help build the innovative, digital workplace today’s employees need to flourish. Pieter Hebben, on the other hand, joined the delaware data & analytics team 13 years ago. This continues to be his area of expertise. He will keep guiding  organizations in building future-proof data platforms, redesigning business models and further exploring Industry 4.0.

Juan Staes joined delaware in 2015 to start building the SAP SuccessFactors practice. Today, he leads the Human Capital domain. He focuses on broadening delaware’s footprint in the HR world through innovation, new offerings and by extending the ecosystem. Jan Van der Steen, who also joined the company in 2015, has spent years shaping the enterprise transformation journey for delaware’s customers in the utilities sector. He aims to further strengthen the company’s industry knowledge and build utility partnerships, including on an international level.

The next generation of leaders

Over the past 18 years delaware has continued to grow steadily. Today, the organization employs more than 2,600 people in 28 regional offices, spread over 14 countries.

“Every year we take ample time in the partnership to discuss our upcoming and future leaders. Passing on delaware to the future generations is one of our most defining foundations,” says Patrick Andersen, Managing Partner of delaware Belux. “We look forward to working with Paul, Pieter, Juan and Jan to continue to shape our company’s future.”
