Belief n°3: The recruiter as your sparring partner

Anyone who has every applied for a job knows it can be a challenge to see the forest for the trees. How do you know what role will fit you best? Where exactly do you stand in the recruitment process at any given time?

That’s where our motivated team of recruiters comes in. After you’ve sent us your application and we see a match, one of our recruiters will set up a quick call to get to know you better and find out what your interests are. From then onwards, he or she will be your trusted guide through all the steps of the recruitment process, until your first day at delaware. If you have any questions or doubts during the recruitment process, he or she is available for a call to discuss your concerns further with you.

Don’t have a clear idea yet of what your role could be in our company? That’s perfectly normal, we’ve all been there. Your delaware contact is fully skilled to explain the different possibilities that are out there. He or she will go the extra mile to find you the best possible fit within delaware.

However, some candidates have a very clear vision of where they want to go from the start. We love that, but allow us to challenge you. After all, aren’t challenges what makes life interesting? Our recruiters will read between the lines and point out opportunities you might not have thought of in the first place. Of course the final choice is yours, but we believe it’s always nice to be able to explore all options. 

In addition, you’ll be able to speak to someone from your (possible) future team, too. He or she will be able to give you a deeper insight in what they do and what kind of projects they are working on.

Before being employed at delaware Belux, I also did my internship here. At the end of it, I was contacted by the same HR employee who helped me through the process of doing my internship.
