We are looking for an experienced AM/PM Senior Consultant (SAP EAM) to strengthen our Asset Management (AM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) delivery capabilities. The successful candidate will support and lead SAP Enterprise Asset Management initiatives across implementation, rollout, and application support projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize asset management processes, ensure operational continuity, and drive long-term value from SAP EAM solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as a functional lead for SAP EAM streams in both project implementations and AMS engagements.
• Support and optimize SAP EAM processes such as preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, refurbishment, and asset lifecycle management.
• Gather business requirements, analyze gaps, and translate them into functional designs and solution proposals.
• Configure and customize SAP EAM modules (PM – Plant Maintenance and AM – Asset Management) according to business needs.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancements in an AMS context, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Lead workshops and training sessions with key users and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical teams for developments, interfaces, and integrations with MM, FI, and other modules.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user documentation.
• Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and ongoing improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the client for SAP EAM best practices and roadmap planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in SAP EAM / SAP Plant Maintenance roles.
• Strong experience in both AMS (Application Management Services) and project delivery (rollouts, implementations).
• Solid understanding of maintenance processes, work management, asset lifecycle management, and reliability maintenance.
• Experience with integration between SAP EAM and MM, FI/CO, and Procurement processes.
• Prior experience with S/4HANA EAM implementations is a strong plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a global delivery environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
