Your role at delaware

Develop and manage Power BI datasets, models, and reports.
Work independently on small-scale data projects, focusing on Power BI and data collection.
Collaborate within the Data team as a Microsoft BI data engineer.
Support the launch of new MS Data & AI requests for our customer.

Power BI expertise – Strong knowledge of DAX, data modeling, Power BI Online, reporting & dashboarding.
SQL proficiency – Comfortable working with SQL across all aspects.
Microsoft BI Tools – Prior experience as an ETL Developer or Data Engineer.
English fluency – Strong oral and written communication skills.
Independent mindset – Ability to work autonomously without micromanagement.
