At delaware Hungary, we’re looking for a Master Data Analyst to join our growing international team. You’ll play a key role in managing and validating master data for a leading French optical manufacturer, supporting global Aftersales and Pricing processes.

Your role at delaware

As a Master Data Analyst, you will: 

  • Analyze and check business and technical data in Excel to ensure it is accurate and consistent.
  • Maintain and update daily trackers to monitor project progress and key tasks.
  • Work on bug tracking in Azure DevOps and follow up to make sure issues are resolved on time.
  • Identify and investigate data errors, helping to find their root causes and improve data quality.
  • Take part in problem-solving meetings and suggest effective solutions for data issues.
  • Manage the data request process, collecting customer, order, and billing information from internal teams.
  • Perform data quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare and keep up-to-date documentation needed for data generation and migration.
  • Check and update product information in SAP, including basic code validation.
  • Use the EEDM Tool to create upload files and carry out data migrations.
  • Investigate upload errors, analyze them in Excel, and coordinate fixes with the relevant teams.
  • Upload validated data to SharePoint and support the process of updating SAP.

Experience & Skills

We’re looking for someone who: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, master data management, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data validation, lookups, pivot tables)
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and SharePoint.
  • Basic understanding of SAP systems and data structures.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong English communication skills and ability to work in an international team. 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with EEDM Tool or similar data migration tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP SD/MM modules.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, or other reporting/automation tools.
  • Experience with Pricing or Aftersales data processes.
