We are looking for you, if

  • you can find common ground with developers and consultants without getting intimidated by terms like .NET, Angular, SAP, etc. and the management team, who you’ll need to support in their efforts to navigate targets, performance management, benchmarking, etc…
  • minimum 2 years of experience as a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably in an IT environment
  • previous experience working for a consultancy company is a huge advantage
  • you enjoy finding scalable HR solutions and creating processes that serves all stakeholders
  • you don’t shy away from organizing, coordinating, presenting, and generally enjoy collaborating with others
  • you are solution oriented, have a flexible approach to everyday challenges and can adapt do a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • you are well-versed in Hungarian Labor Law and have experience with creating company policies that are in compliance with them
  • in a match with administration, you come out as the winner.

    having worked with a global team is an advantage

  • you enjoy the local characteristics of the market, while also able to understand the needs of our international teams

  • you are fluent in Hungarian and English

  • Flexibility – hybrid working model, 2 days a week home office
