We are growing and and, therefore, are looking for the fastest possible entry of a Customer Service Manager SAP (m/f/d) at our locations in Zweibrücken or Cologne.

Your field of action

  • Support of our worldwide customers via MS Teams, phone, email or messenger services 
  • Analysis and solution finding of complex processes of customer messages, autonomously and/or in a team
  • Interface between our customers and the internal departments
  • Testing of customer developments and corrections in the area of customer support
  • Processing of complex requirements in the SAP environment in the SAP Support Portal
  • Processing and monitoring of both internal and external requests with in-house support software
  • Organization and execution of customer meetings regarding support services
  • Close cooperation with the specialist departments Consulting and 
    Development to analyze and solve customer requests


Your new team consists of longtime delaware employees with experience in SAP, consulting and customer service. We support each other and maintain an open communication amongst each other. We see ourselves as a flexible service provider for internal and external concerns and work in a solution-focused and proactive manner.

 

Your profile

  • Completed studies (university or FH) in (business) informatics or practical work experience
  • Consulting and support knowledge of the modules SAP SD & CS and/or PP, APO 
  • Ability to analyze requirements by means of customizing with the willingness to familiarize yourself with other areas if necessary
  • Knowledge of programming and debugging an advantage but not a prerequisite
  • Good understanding of business processes in the sales and service area and production processes
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Willingness to work nationally and internationally 
  • Good communication skills
  • Pleasure in solution-oriented work
  • Above-average commitment, ability to work independently, ability to work in a team and competent, friendly interaction with our long-standing customers are a prerequisite
