Microsoft Viva currently includes 4 modules directly integrated into Teams:

  • Connections is a personalized gateway to internal communications, company resources and communities;
  • Insights helps people and businesses thrive with data-driven, privacy-protected insights and recommendations to improve productivity and wellbeing;
  • Learning empowers employees with both formal and informal learning opportunities when and where it’s needed, making it easier for people to learn while working;
  • Lastly, Topics automatically organizes content and expertise across your organization based on AI, and empowers people with knowledge in the apps they use every day.
