Do you firmly believe in AI but do you have difficulty keeping track of the endless possibilities it can offer your business? Do you want to make your professional life more efficient but don't you know how?

Join us at the AI 4 Business Summit on February 27 and find out how AI can change the way you interact with customers, with your team and with your data. In a series of interesting break-out sessions, you’ll see the technology at work and discover why AI is relevant to your business too.

Why join?

Since delaware has been passionate about AI from the very beginning, we are one of the proud partners and co-creators of the Summit.

You’ll find us woven into various parts of the program like the hands-on labs track in which you’ll hear more about automatic document tagging, explore how to link computer vision with your company’s operation and see how demand forecasting in Azure works in practice. If you want to experience how other companies use AI, then we suggest you the applied AI track in which one of our customers, NMBS, explains how he got better insights by improving its customer service with AI.

Hands-on labs track: Discovery & Ideation Workshop

Are you sitting on a pile of unvalued data? Do you understand that Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) are at the cutting edge of today’s technological revolution? Are you frustrated by your inability to get started using ML to extract more value from your data? With these issues in mind, delaware has developed a step-by-step approach to help you implement this new technology within your organization. The first phases of our program consist of Discovery and Ideation Workshops. We invite you to experience for yourself what these workshops have to offer.

Speakers:

Vincent Sterken is a manager in the Digital Workplace team. He has a background in Information Management, academically with masters in Archival Science (VUB) and Business Information Management (Solvay Business School); and professionally implementing ECM, collaboration and intranet solutions. He is currently working on developing Digital Workplace solutions as a trusted advisor, from ideation to post-go live. He believes that real world applications of Artificial Intelligence start with a vision and end-goal in mind. Ways to determine the use are through creative, structured workshops, based on gamestorming and innovation games techniques.

Just like Vincent, Benoit Loffet is a manager in the Digital Workplace team. He has a master in Computer Science from the Namur university. Benoit has a keen interest for innovation and is a versatile expert in helping companies to achieve their digital transformation. Digital Workplace, Cloud , Collaboration, Analytics, Big Data, IoT and Artificial Intelligence are topics he follows with close attention. In 2017 Benoit successfully passed the Data Science curriculum from Microsoft and is now member of the “Artificial Intelligence Community” at delaware.

Hands-on labs track: Text Analytics and Natural Language Processing Applied

Hands-on labs track: Text Analytics and Natural Language Processing Applied

How much of your workday is spent reading or writing e-mails, reports and articles, or simply immersed in conversations and calls? In today’s business world, 80% of relevant information exists in unstructured form, which is primarily … text. In this session, we will explain how Natural Language Processing concepts such as Corpus, Semantics and Vectors are able to distill syntax, semantics and relationships between words in order to deduce context and meaning. If you want to find out if automatic document tagging and classification are feasible for your organization and if you would like to discover how sentiment and sensitive information can be extracted from your in-house text, then we urge you to check out this session.
