Why Delaware Consulting Won Microsoft 2015 Belgium Partner of the Year Award

We are proud to have won the 2015 Microsoft Belgium Partner of the Year Award. Our Microsoft competences, our growing Azure business and our focus on the cloud, big data and the Internet of Things (IoT) tipped the scale in our favor.

On June 2, Microsoft officially announced its 2015 Partner of the Year winners and finalists. These annual awards put a spotlight on exceptional work in delivering Microsoft products and services. For Belgium, Delaware Consulting came out the winner.
Microsoft received over 2,300 submissions from 108 countries for the 43 different global awards. The ranking was based on a number of factors, such as strategic competence (Azure, O365, SQL, etc.), cloud offerings, go-to-market capacity and strategy, co-selling initiatives with Microsoft and commitment towards Microsoft. Deciding factors in rewarding Delaware Consulting were our “Azure first” mindset, our expanding Microsoft offering, our overall business competences and the company’s strategic focus on the cloud, big data and the Internet of Things.
In the words of Microsoft, “Delaware Consulting is a very committed partner, has an open relationship with Microsoft, a can-do attitude and a thirst for excellence.”
Being a Microsoft Country Partner is like being awarded a label of excellence, underlining a company’s expertise and promoting opportunities to generate new business. In addition, winning the award provides valuable recognition for the entire company. Erik Buckens, Senior Manager at Delaware Consulting: “Whether in support, delivery or sales, we owe the award to solid teamwork. It is a tribute to the relentless dedication of all our people.”
Award winners and finalists will be officially honored at the 2015 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference, to be held in Orlando, Florida, July 12 - 16.
