Your main mission? Smooth and close collaboration, communication and clear roles for everyone on the service organisation. To accomplish this, you assure the coordination of delivery activities and the follow-up on change requests and small tasks.
You are the link between delaware and the customer and act as a real partner to both, by proactively informing the client of possible improvements and motivate your colleagues to go the extra mile when needed.
