You are committed to expand your knowledge by staying up-to-date on the latest UX technologies, while guiding your less-experienced colleagues in this field.

Who are we?

At delaware digital, we are customer obsessed at the core and on a constant quest for value. We deliver end-to-end services for the digital era so that our customers can connect with their audience.

Our Customer Experience (CX) team is a group of specialists that specializes in information architecture, research, design, front-end development, etc. Within CX, we build digital platforms like websites, e-commerce websites from A to Z, intranets, and community platforms. Our realizations are the results of a close collaboration between developers, designers, functional experts and project managers.

Our agile approach allows us to tackle this daunting challenge with the customer in manageable phases. Delivering an omnichannel experience may be a challenging task, but the right platform simplifies integration and provides a more cohesive and personalized customer experience across all touch points.

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre. We spend a lot of time working together in Kortrijk or Ghent, or with our customers on-site

What will you be doing?

As a senior UX designer at delaware you take part in a wide range of (international) projects. These projects can range from corporate or ecommerce (B2B/B2C) websites, portals and even iOS or Android apps.   • you experiment with designing new UX experiences that could benefit our customers or delaware as a whole;
  • you are an advocate of everything UX related within delaware, and that you make everyone a better developer, designer or manager by initiating them in the UX mindset.

Is there a match?

Let’s see. If you…

  • have a proven track record and 5 years of experience in UX;
  • have experience with design systems and sprints, conversion rate optimization, user research, setting up customer journeys and building information architectures;
  • understand HTML and CSS;
  • tried and tested all other design tools but think Figma works best, unless you can convince us otherwise;
  • are assertive and empathic enough to discuss requirements with our customers and create tangible wireframes and prototypes that adress their challenges;
  • are able to take the lead in a project or fall back on the expertise of your development and functional colleagues to come up with the most efficient solution for our customers;
  • can collaborate smoothly with designers, functional analysts, and developers, and share your UX experience with them to create the best possible user platforms for our customers;
  • speak Dutch and English fluently, French is a plus;

…then you may be the senior UX designer we’re looking for!
