As a Senior Technical CRM Consultant, you will work together with the functional consultant, as the trusted advisor to provide the best solution.
We expect you to step up and become involved in workshops and the entire development process around customer engagement solutions within the SAP CX suite, where you bring the added value of your expertise. Your responsibilities will range from coding, documentation, and code reviews all the way up to launch support.
You will partner with the customer engagement team that has already built up a relationship with the client, which means you’ll be posted to the right place straight away.
