As a Senior Technical CRM Consultant, you will work together with the functional consultant, as the trusted advisor to provide the best solution.
We expect you to step up and become  involved in workshops and the entire development process around customer engagement solutions within the SAP CX suite, where you bring the added value of your expertise. Your responsibilities will range from coding, documentation, and code reviews all the way up to launch support.
You will partner with the customer engagement team that has already built up a relationship with the client, which means you’ll be posted to the right place straight away.

The SAP customer engagement team at delaware is a dedicated team that builds and configures solutions within the SAP CX suite on-site at our clients. Our goal is to support clients in creating what we call an “effortless experience” for their customers.
Optimizing the touch points on the customer journey, creating an omnichannel experience, and building valuable relationships with the customer are the factors that drive us. Through an in-depth understanding of solutions to customer experience (CX) and operational experience (OX) problems, and of the strengths that an organization can bring, we build solid strategies in the field of customer engagement.

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working with our customers on-site, where we follow the rhythm of the client. We work where we work best, when we work best.

-    Possess the right consultancy skills and mindset, enabling effortless communication and collaboration around technical (and sometimes functional ) issues.
-    Have at least 3–5 years of experience in the field.
-    Have knowledge of ABAP programming language for SAP CRM or S/4 Customer Management. 
-    Are a great communicator and eager to put yourself forward, which is crucial for the functional follow up.
-    Are fluent in Dutch and English, with French as a plus.

Senior Functional CRM Consultant

As a Senior Functional CRM Consultant, your focus will be on customer engagement solutions within the SAP CX suite. Customer-orientation is key to everything we do, whether it’s sales, services, commerce, or marketing.
Together with the Senior Technical Consultant, you’ll partner with the customer engagement team that has already built up a relationship with the client, which means you’ll be posted to the right place straight away. But as time goes on, you’ll work on a wide variety of projects in areas such as utilities, retail, and the automotive industry.
Together with the client, you’ll take a deep dive into their business to analyze their customer engagement needs. Workshops are just one of the many resources you have in your toolbox for this.
Then it will be up to you to translate the results for the technical consultant, take up the customizing in the system and  to coordinate the rollout of the solution, from testing with the client to support during the launch.
During the entire process, your relationship with the client is key. You are the focal point for all the stakeholders, from business to IT.

Learning Expert

First things first, you have an affinity for IT. When you get up in the morning, it’s one of the first things on your mind (besides coffee, of course 😉).

As a learning expert, you also have experience with learning programs. From gatherig learning content to making a training plan and actually organising trainings, it nearly comes as second nature to you.

Aside from teaching end users how to use an application or program, you also like to coach them so they can get the maximum out of the solution that we’ve provided them with.
