As a Senior Technical CRM Consultant, you will work together with the functional consultant, as the trusted advisor to provide the best solution.
We expect you to step up and become  involved in workshops and the entire development process around customer engagement solutions within the SAP CX suite, where you bring the added value of your expertise. Your responsibilities will range from coding, documentation, and code reviews all the way up to launch support.
You will partner with the customer engagement team that has already built up a relationship with the client, which means you’ll be posted to the right place straight away.

The SAP customer engagement team at delaware is a dedicated team that builds and configures solutions within the SAP CX suite on-site at our clients. Our goal is to support clients in creating what we call an “effortless experience” for their customers.
Optimizing the touch points on the customer journey, creating an omnichannel experience, and building valuable relationships with the customer are the factors that drive us. Through an in-depth understanding of solutions to customer experience (CX) and operational experience (OX) problems, and of the strengths that an organization can bring, we build solid strategies in the field of customer engagement.

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working with our customers on-site, where we follow the rhythm of the client. We work where we work best, when we work best.

Is there a match?

Let’s see. If you . . .

-    Possess the right consultancy skills and mindset, enabling effortless communication and collaboration around technical (and sometimes functional ) issues.
-    Have at least 3–5 years of experience in the field.
-    Have knowledge of ABAP programming language for SAP CRM or S/4 Customer Management. 
-    Are a great communicator and eager to put yourself forward, which is crucial for the functional follow up.
-    Are fluent in Dutch and English, with French as a plus.
