Senior Customer Engagement Expert

You love to define customer engagement strategies and lift your customers to the next level of customer experience across the sales and after-sales journey. As a customer engagement expert, you collaborate with your customers to optimize and streamline their customer journey over different touch-points. You help them define their needs and translate these into a pragmatic and realistic roadmap. From your business expertise and hands-on knowledge of different CX solutions, you guide your customers along this roadmap to determine which people, processes and tools they need to connect efficiently with their customers.

Beyond defining the strategy and implementing the roadmap, you are able to draw up requirements - supported by technical CX experts- that are in line with the strategy. By staying involved in the implementation project as a trusted advisor, you make sure that the strategic direction of the roadmap is respected and that the result for your customer is safeguarded.

We advise on or set up broad and multi-faceted customer experience projects and collaborate frequently with other delaware teams and solutions to implement them – including Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Customer Experience and Salesforce Customer 360.

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working together with our customers on-site.

  • have at least 8 years of consulting experience in the field of Customer Engagement;
  • bring in first-hand business process, sales and after-sales knowledge combined with a solid background in CRM systemsConsultancy experience during the preparatory stage of CRM implementation projects is a must;
  • have affinity with the capabilities of CRM tools of Microsoft, SAP or Salesforce, but can just as well work technology-agnostic;
  • are a trusted advisor for C-level managers and subject matter experts in delaware;
  • have a strong analytical mind: you won’t rest until you’ve found an efficient, pragmatic and realistic solution!
  • have excellent communication skills to assess the customer’s needs in a proper way and bring forward a solution that fits like a glove;
  • can express yourself fluently in English and Dutch, while speaking a little French;
