As a customer engagement expert, you collaborate with your customers to optimize and streamline their customer journey over different touch-points. You help them define their needs and translate these into a pragmatic and realistic roadmap. From your business expertise and hands-on knowledge of different CX solutions, you guide your customers along this roadmap to determine which people, processes and tools they need to connect efficiently with their customers.
Beyond defining the strategy and implementing the roadmap, you are able to draw up requirements - supported by technical CX experts- that are in line with the strategy. By staying involved in the implementation project as a trusted advisor, you make sure that the strategic direction of the roadmap is respected and that the result for your customer is safeguarded.
