At delaware, we are proud to be SAP “VAR” (value added reseller) and Microsoft Expert MSP with all designations in our portfolio which means that we can sell and maintain licenses for our SAP and Microsoft customers. Next to specific administrative actions, we also expect our SAP/Microsoft License Audit Specialist to be pro-active and have commercial spirit.

Who are you?

You are customer minded and have commercial flair. The job is driven by customer satisfaction with an inch of sales DNA. You help our customers understand their license portfolio and guide them through the periodic SAP & Microsoft audit. You can count on our technical colleagues to perform the audit and you can translate the technical information towards the customer if needed. You have periodic alignments with the SAP and Microsoft compliance team.

You keep track of the ongoing cloud renewals and actively contact our account team and the customer. You keep track of the newest insights and updates from SAP and from the SAP license ‘market’, same for our Microsoft portfolio.

You are efficient in keeping track of dozens of audits and you can give updates to the account team where needed. You are hands-on and pragmatic.

Last but not least, you help customers getting the best out of their cloud software!

Who are we?

The delaware Support team is a close-knit community of 100 colleagues that provides locally based support in an international context, from our home base in Kortrijk or Gent. Within this tight community, the Project Accounting and Controlling teams offer their administrative experience to delaware colleagues and act as a sparring partner of the business. We play an integral role in supporting our operations and people and contribute to the successful completion of delaware consultancy projects.

You will be working closely with the sales team and the application managed services team, as well as with our technical colleagues. It will be a administrative, network and commercial role in a dynamic organization.

Is there a match?

Let’s see. If you…

have a bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years’ experience in SAP license auditing or in a helpdesk function;
have SAP, Microsoft or Tech exposure, to allow you to think with the customer and propose new solutions;
are an excellent listener and communicator, fluent in Dutch and English, and have no trouble building a solid business network. A basic knowledge of French is a plus.
Are you communicative, sociable and a tad assertive? We are a very close bunch who like to bond over lunch, at the coffee machine, or during fun team activities. You’ll fit right in because you dare to pick up the phone to get things done quickly.
