What will you be doing as a Senior Salesforce Consultant?

As Salesforce Consultant you are responsible for the functional implementation and optimization of the Salesforce platform at the customer's site. You are present during the entire project and take on the functional aspect, ranging from supporting the sales team and the functional elaboration of the project to guiding the end users.

A short overview of your tasks:

  • You prepare functional analyses with all stakeholders involved through workshops and fit-gap analysis.
  • You analyze the needs and objectives of the customer and translate the requirements to the Salesforce Platform, working closely with other consultants and developers.
  • You are responsible for the configuration of Salesforce at the customer site. Your more technically focused colleagues will take up development, so coding skills are not required. 
  • Together with the Customer Success Manager you will organize training for end users after go-live. 
  • You might also be involved in the pre-sales process, building product demos and quotations.

We have hubs in our delaware offices in Ghent and Lummen. You can choose to work at the office or work from home and make the occasional trip to one of our customers. You’ll experience the flexibility, drive and excitement of an upcoming offering within delaware, while also enjoying all the support and stability of an international consultancy firm.

  • We count on a at least 5 years experience as a CRM consultant or analyst. Knowlegde of Salesforce is a big plus. No experience? Check out our junior vacancies
  • You have strong analytical skills and you find delivering quality important.
  • You love a challenge and don’t scare easily. We're a flexible, dynamic and pro-active bunch of people, although always supported by our team mates. Ready to blow us away?
  • Your talent for communication and assertiveness will come in very useful since you know how to ask all the right questions. After all, you can’t find the right solution unless you know your customer(s) inside out. You can express yourself well in English and Dutch? Great! This is important to communicate with your colleagues and clients. Knowledge of French is a bonus.
