ERP Learning Expert

SAP, supply chain & operations, lot of experience, consultant
Belgium

Let us guess: you love to help people discover and adopt new technologies?

We’re like that, too. Whether it’s a new technological implementation or a series of new processes — finding a learning approach that helps a wide variety of people adjust to the new ERP environment in the best way? That’s a challenge we’re always up for.

As an ERP Learning Consultant, you’ll define the training strategy, analyse training needs yourself and create new training materials. Aligning with project managers, key users and business process owners, you’ll gather all necessary information and come up with the best training  scenario.

Do you also get a kick out of business development and do you want to co-create a go-to-market strategy for our learning offering with us? Then read on!

What will you be doing?

From learning services for large-scale ERP rollouts to inspiration sessions on how to train people for an upcoming business change.

As a proactive learning expert with a strong analytical mind, you’ll assess the customer’s needs and bring forward a solution that fits like a glove. You’ll also take on a leading role in your domain: both with the customer, where you will partner with their L&D department, content creators and internal trainers, as well as with your delaware colleagues.

You’ll invest time on business development and and co-creating a go-to-market strategy. Think of:

  • Developing new products and services from scratch
  • Creating a go-to-market plan
  • Convincing the customer of the added value of our products and services

One of our offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre will become your main hub, but you’ll also go visit customers to work together on-site.

Is there a match?

There might be, if...

  • You have 5+ years of experience in learning in technology settings.
In other words, you have already drafted training strategies for digital environments, defined multiple training plans, have created all sorts of learning materials yourself for key users and end users and have given train-the-trainer sessions.
  • You know the drill of ERP projects and are acquainted with the business processes of an organization.
  • You have experience with SAP Enable Now. Knowledge of other learning tools (and/or LMS’s) like Articulate, FlowSparks is a plus.

  • You keep your eyes peeled for new opportunities and emerging learning technologies like new (AI) tools.
  • Being fluently bi-lingual (Dutch and English) is a must.
