The delaware Grow team is a dynamic team of almost 10 people, full of ambition and a strong desire to support delaware’s overarching business strategy by helping individuals to grow into purposeful, wise, and confident professionals. We are currently looking for a team lead who shares the same ambition, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to dream big: to take the Grow team and its customers to new heights, working together with the other closely-aligned teams in People domain of delaware.  
 
Solution Grow is part of People domain and put his focus on L&D solutions for our customers.

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre, but you’ll often find yourself working at the customer or at home as well.

What will you be doing ?

You’ll make sure that the Grow team is running smoothly. You will: 

  • be a coach for the team, 
  • select and recruit new team members, 
  • on- and offboard team members, 
  • schedule the team’s work, 
  • evaluate your colleague’s performance 
  • organize team meetings & events 
  • ensure & develop your own customer projects 

Additionally, you’ll work with team members on internal projects and support your solution lead concerning strategy and tactics. 

Is there a match?

  • you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR or Management or relevant experiences in similar roles. Keep on reading! 
  • you have at least 5 years’ experience in consultancy or project management
  • you are a born people manager; 
  • you enjoy to work with key performance indicators as part of the job;  
  • L&D background and/or training services are some of your key assets, 
  • you have experience with, or interest in some of our key technologies, such as Talent Management Systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Succession or Center of Capabilities), Learning Management Systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Learn, Totara Learn, Litmos), Learning Experience Platforms (e.g. Litmos or Microsoft VIVA Learn), Digital XP Platform (SAP Enable Now…), etc. 
  • you have solid time management and organizational skills; 
  • you have the desire to become a winning duo with your solution lead; 
  • sprints & deadlines can’t pull down your sense of humor; 
  • you are bilingual in English and French and/or Dutch…
