Learning & Development Specialist

other than SAP & Microsoft, HR Technology, some experience, internal role

You preferably have experience working in learning & development – perhaps as part of an organization’s HR team? Or maybe you’re a passionate classroom teacher, or an expert trainer who regularly educates people on a variety of topics?
If you’re new in L&D, your enthusiasm and eagerness to dive into learning and development might convince us as well!

Either way, if you want to be a true business partner, share educational advice and help set up and evaluate trainings & bootcamps, you might be the Learning & Development Specialist we’re looking for!

Who are we?

We are the delaware Learning & Development team. Our ultimate goal is to empower the #peopleofdelaware to become the best possible version of themselves: to grow and develop so they can offer our customers the best solutions. People really are our greatest assets, so we feel it’s incredibly important to offer them the right tools, training and education to help them advance in their careers.

We aspire to make a lasting impact. We collect feedback: what’s the effect and value of our training sessions? Do we notice any changes in our employees’ behavior? Do we need to change anything?

We have great plans for the future of learning & development. It obviously takes time and a critical eye to capture (and answer!) the learning needs of our employees, so an experienced Learning & Development Specialist like yourself would be a great addition to the team!
