IT Support Engineer

internal, no experience, some experience, internal role
Belgium

At delaware, our IT team is an international group of experts who settle for nothing less than state-of-the-art tools and systems. Their aim is to help our internal customers – the more than 4700 people of delaware swiftly and efficiently.

And that’s why we need you! Are you interested in helping us make our consultants as effective as possible by providing them with a premium level of service?

Who are we?

delaware is driven to provide premium ICT support to its employees worldwide. A tightly knit international support team with members on different continents is responsible for the support of all delaware end users and for resolving software, hardware and connectivity issues.

Together with your international IT colleagues, you will make sure that the people of delaware can do what they like to do best: excel at their jobs, stay informed and connected, and keep their customers happy.

Our people are equipped with high standard laptops, the latest software and a set of modern tools, powered by the cloud. But with an ever growing number of people working from anywhere at any time, providing support around the clock is both a major and exciting challenge.

You will work from our Kortrijk office, in a team with your IT support colleagues in Belgium and Asia. Thanks to good planning and an on-call system, the international team offers 24/7 stand-by service to all people of delaware.
