  • Taking ownership over information management projects comes naturally to you. 
  • You are responsible for maintaining a landscape and configuring the solution yourself.
  • You’re able to work autonomously, but you happily enlist the help of colleagues when needed.
  • Needless to say, you also monitor the integration and testing processes.
  • Our customers, locally as well as globally, rely on us to safeguard their business, sometimes in a 24/7 model. A good degree of flexibility from your side is implied.

Who are we?

The Application Managed Services (AMS)team offers our customers long-term service contracts for their Enterprise Information Management systems (EIM), making sure their IT organization is responding fluidly to ever-changing business requirements. With over 200 customer relationships, in different industries (chemical, food, manufacturing, …), all over the globe, you’re sure to have a lot of variation with not a dull moment in sight.

Our team proactively assists companies with the implementation of new functionalities while also maintaining existing landscapes and solutions. We have a strong presence in Belgium as well as abroad. 

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working together with our customers on-site.

Is there a match?

Let’s see if:

  • You have 3 years of experience or more in IT service management and have successfully completed several information management projects.
  • You have a solid understanding of industry and general IT best practices and standards.
  • You’re no stranger to working with highly complex enterprise systems, both on prem and in the cloud.
  • You have a good knowledge of Infrastructural concepts, server setup and networking. Additional experience with OpenText software is a distinct plus.
  • You are passionate about ongoing automation.
  • You demonstrate a good degree of flexibility considering our customers come from every conceivable industry, locally as well as globally.
  • You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English and at least one of our national tongues.
