HR Data Analyst

Microsoft, HR Technology, some experience, internal role

Are you a data enthusiast with a flair for data, reporting tools and a passion for all things HR? Then the delaware HR team has some exciting news for you! We’re on the lookout for a dynamic new team member to join our squad as the go-to person for HR data, reporting tools, and systems.

As our HR Data Analyst, you’ll dive headfirst into the world of reporting, armed with Microsoft Power BI and SAP SuccessFactors. You won’t just answer reporting questions, you’ll also play a vital role in co-creating dashboards and reports with and for our HR stakeholders, and you’ll guide adaptations of tools and systems, and are responsible for testing.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for data, reporting tools, and systems — a highly analytical self-starter with a keen eye for detail. Previous experience with Power BI or HRIS (human resources information systems) and tools are a definite plus.

But the most important thing is that you’re driven to become an expert in the field!

What will you be doing?

  • You’ll be at the intersection of HR and the business, preparing and executing reporting and tools maintenance. A training course will prepare you to take on more complex data reporting.
  • You’ll ensure data quality and maintenance, improving tools and systems, interfaces, and platforms. Monitoring continuous insights is an integral part of the job.
  • Function as the go-to person for all HR tooling and HR insights.
  • Put your expertise to good use in conversations with internal stakeholders (HR colleagues, HR director, business leadership).
  • Create comprehensive reports through the analysis of delaware’s HR data, improving and sustaining our competitive HR strategy.
  • Design, prepare, test, and co-create HR reporting projects.
  • Continue to learn and show an eagerness to share your knowledge and how-to’s with colleagues.

Given the ever-changing landscape of employment legislation and our innovative HR projects, you can see why data and tooling experts are key to reporting and monitoring results, but they’re also vital to developing extensive knowledge on these topics and trends. • Are pragmatic and hands-on and take an analytical approach to your work.
  • Are eager work on HR projects and have the desire to help shape a future-proof data analytics strategy (projects can be strategic or operational – just tell us what you’re passionate about);
  • Have some experience in data governance or in the role of data steward. We’re not looking for a specialist, but it helps if you’re familiar with the playbook.
  • Being fluently bi-lingual (Dutch or French and English) is a must. Getting by in all three of these is a plus.

. . .  we’d love to hear from you!

Let's meet up!

A solid background, appetite for success, and strong social skills are far more important to us than a degree or technical skills - so feel free to tell us all about your talents and previous experiences!
