Who are we?

We’re the delaware marketing team: a bunch of creative, outgoing, and committed marketing & communication professionals with only one goal: to help delaware grow with the best marketing campaigns and events, both for our customers, our colleagues and future colleagues. There’s 14 of us, each with our own specialty and know-how. We are looking for a new team member who can support delaware’s growth working closely together with our recruitment colleagues in order to attract new #peopleofdelaware.

delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre. You’ll meet all of your colleagues twice a month in Kortrijk or Ghent. And don’t worry, we’re flexible when it comes to working from home.

What will you be doing?

  • You’ll advise concerning specific employer branding needs for delaware BeLux (50%) and delaware international (50%),
  • You’ll be a sparring partner for BeLux Recruitment and Marketing International.
  • You’ll define and implement the national employer branding strategy; all of this together with colleagues from the recruitment team.
  • You’ll set up and coordinate innovative employer branding campaigns and different projects in close collaboration with HR and the business. Want to see an example – check out our Spot The Actor campaign.
  • You’ll create international campaign assets and guide other countries to boost their employer branding initiatives.
  • You’ll be a project manager: your job is to turn ideas into reality and implement the employer branding plan in an excellent way.
  • You’ll keep tabs on copywriters, collect input for recruitment campaigns, oversee the publication of blogs, testimonials, videos and more.
  • You’ll manage the Careers website, “the single source of truth” for potential candidates. Together with the HR colleagues, you’ll explore employer branding KPI’s and HubSpot opportunities to get the most out of our data and optimize the candidate journey.
  • You’ll be aware of the most relevant recruitment events. Such as job fairs, technology conferences, meetups, delaware’s ‘job in a day’ event etc.

Is there a match?

  • Do you have at least 3 years of experience in a marketing, communication or recruitment/HR position?
  • Are you the proud owner of a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in either communication, marketing or HR?
  • Are you familiar with the latest employer branding trends? Do you know your way around marketing and HR topics to help attract new talent?
  • Can you organize your work autonomously? Juggle multiple projects and prioritize like a champion?
  • Are you fluent in Dutch and English? Knowledge of French is a plus too.   
  • Are you a team player who’s super reliable, super accurate and super consistent – but never boring? Then you’ll fit right in!
