In your role, you help clients optimize and streamline their marketing, sales or customer service operations. You help them define their needs and translate those needs into a pragmatic and realistic roadmap. Using your creative, hands-on attitude, you guide your clients towards the projects, people, processes, and tools they need to connect effectively with their customers.

This whole process starts with you sitting down with our clients and other stakeholders to assess their needs and identify painpoints. Next to that, your creativity and knowledge allows you to co-create the right solutions with our customers. The result is a roadmap that outlines what the customer wants to achieve, paired with the right digital initiatives to get there and a realistic plan for implementation.

By staying involved in the implementation project as a trusted advisor, you ensure that the strategic direction of the roadmap is followed and that your customer’s outcome is safeguarded.

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working with our customers on-site, either in Belgium or anywhere in the world. The job is done wherever the work gets done!

Let’s see. If you . . .

  • have at least 5 years of proven consulting experience as a roadmap facilitator in the field of marketing, sales or customer service
  • have first-hand experience in and knowledge of business process in marketing, sales and customer service, with a solid background in CX technology.
  • have a no-nonsense, hands-on approach that means you are not afraid to put your boots on and get them dirty;
  • have experience with multiple workshop methodologies, with the right amount of applied creativity, e.g. persona and customer journey mapping, prioritization, design sprints, etc.
  • are a trusted advisor to C-level managers and subject matter experts at delaware, who you dare to challenge;
  • have a strong analytical mind: you won’t rest until you’ve found an efficient, practical, and realistic solution that brings everyone on board;
  • have excellent communication skills to assess the customer’s needs and put forward an effective solution;
  • are an experienced and passionate storyteller with the right presentation skills;
  • can express yourself fluently in English and Dutch, while also speaking a little French;
