As a Talent Development Expert, you have a burning passion for people and their talents. Based on your experience — whether in a corporate environment or consultancy — you know how to bring out the best in people.

Your experience will make you a trusted advisor for our clients’ HR departments on a wide range of topics, such as performance management, competency management, up/reskilling, learning, etc. Working at our clients’ offices, you inspire people to believe in the art of the possible and translate possibilities into effective business cases.

You have a well-equipped toolbox to help you guide the re-envisioning of talent development strategies by facilitating engaging workshops and working sessions to define (learning) strategies, visions, and ambitions.

The result? A comprehensive learning development plan that successfully bridges identified gaps, which you’ll establish by shaping, leading, and executing meaningful interactions with the stakeholders.

The GROW team is part of delaware’s people domain. Our mission is to assist clients in developing people, helping them to GROW in the world of technology. Joining our team means finding a purpose in both people and technology, and more precisely in talent, performance, knowledge, and learning.

You will deliver technology and talent expert services as an L&D technology consultant. You'll learn quickly on client projects, supported by a team determined to deliver top quality services for clients as well as their people. Let’s see. If you . . .

  • Have a passion for HR and talent development.
  • Have a background in HR, for example as a business partner or as a consultant, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
  • Possess a consultancy mindset and a clear vision of talent development.
  • Can inspire stakeholders and draw them in to your ideas, for example by giving inspiring workshops that lead to meaningful interactions.
  • Have a bachelor’s or master's degree in an HR-related field. Your experience is equally as important, however.
  • Have an affinity with SAP or IT (a real plus but not essential. Your experience with talent development is most important. We’re happy to teach you the rest.)
  • Are fluent in Dutch and English, with French as a plus.
